I took a 2 hour private lesson with Jamie. She is an awesome instructor. She helped me connect the dots to other training I’ve done for skiing and CrossFit. I was able to put her cues to work immediately on the trail the next day and felt much more confident. Looking forward to taking another mtb lesson soon!

Jamie and Dan are awesome! They pulled me aside and others individually in the group for specific attention and I loved it. Highly recommend. They are full of experience with bikes as they ask to check out your bike at beginning of class. I know I had many questions on suspension and tire pressure etc. They are good people coaching a lovely passion!

Such a great clinic. I’ve been riding 3 years, and learning from Jamie and Sam is definitely gonna help my riding abilities. I’ve been stuck on progressing, and their few tips on body positioning, and braking are gonna make a huge difference. I’d definitely sign up again.

SimplyMTB is simply amazing!! Jamie and Sam really deconstructed all of the aspects of good form and, through a series of thoughtful exercises, helped us discover the relationships between body postponing and performance. i hope that o will be able to apply the mindfulness needed to take by biking to the next level. i highly recommend these clinics for beginners and accomplished mountain bikers alike!

I have been mountain biking for many years, but my skill level plateaued and I was no longer improving. I was walking my bicycle over rocky sections and downhill drops. I’ve been taking private lessons with Sam and then Cody and my biking skills have improved tremendously. First of all, Sam helped with some tweaks to my bike set up which helped me to have better control of the bike. I don’t think I would have gotten the bike set up advice in a group session. Sam has been running me through progressions of skills at the Draper bike park. I was able to start on smaller obstacles and build up to larger ones as my skills and confidence improved. There are piles of rocks that when I first saw them – I thought I would NEVER ride over. Now I can do it without being scared. Both Sam and Cody are very patient with me as I try and commit the skills to muscle memory. The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, and very enthusiastic. I thought I would just try one lesson out of curiosity, but it has been worthwhile for me to continue private lessons all season. My biking skills have improved more than I ever imagined. The price of private lessons has really paid off in my enjoyment of mountain biking more difficult trails without so much hike-a-bike.
